My name is Jovid Latipov. I'm a student of English Language Institute and I'm proud of it. I had a chance to visit Stanford University between January 19 and January 22. I would like to say that it was a wonderful trip. I met with the students of S. U. and we had a conversation about ELI, even thought they haven't any idea about this institute. They were from India, Japan, Kazakhstan, and Korea (north), China and from U.S. countries. We had a very long conversation about ELI. They asked me a lot of questions about where is it located? What kind of classes do we have? What kind of teachers do we have? How many students does ELI has? Do we have any activities? How many countries does ELI has connections with? The question that surprised me was do teachers give you a lot of homework? When I started to talk about ELI, they all were on silence and all their attention were on me. When I said we have a lot of trips every season and special holydays (RAMATHAN and IDI KURBON) they were excited. They all liked my presentation and wished as to study hard and achieve all primary goals that we have in our life.
